Our refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to applying all of the tools and techniques in the program. That’s why Think Learn Succeed offers a 14-day refund period for your purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did all the activities in the course and that the course still did not work for you.

To submit your refund request, email the course support team within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Use the email address admin@thinklearnsucced.com.au and let the team know you’d like a refund. You must include your completed worksheets with your refund request. If you request a refund and do not include your completed worksheets, you will not be granted a refund.

The completed activities that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the activity sheets in your course.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 calendar days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable.
